CUSTOMER SUBMITTED PHOTOS/ ARTWORK/ GRAPHICS

Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not responsible for any type of color problems due to conversions in color modes.
All artwork or designs and images should be submitted in CMYK format at 300 DPI or higher. Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not responsible for images that may printdistorted or pixilated because of poor quality customer providedpictures, fonts,graphics or artwork .

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING

Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not liable for any and all complaints on any and all proofs approved by the customer. This includes but is not limited to design layout, text accuracy, image proportion/ placement, exact color or density of color. Artsign.biz/Randall Street will try it's best to match the order proof. Customer assumes all responsibility for product order outcome after the acceptance of the order proof. Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not liable for the final appearance of a color.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not liable for the final appearance of colors on UV products.

CANCELLATION OF ANY ORDER

Orders in most cases will not be eligible for cancellation as the service process begins immediately. You may email Artsign.biz to inquire if need be. Our Customer Service Team will inform you if your order has not gone far enough to cancel and receive a refund. If a job is canceled MAXIMUM refund is 50% of job order placed. Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for any product orders or graphic design services. All Sales Are Final.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All Sales Are Final, since each order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value. If we confirm that we made an error, we will make corrections to that order. No REFUNDS OR CREDIT will be given.

All customers must notify Artsign.biz/Randall Street within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 7 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to expedite orders (rush orders or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped by customer's own expense.

ORDER DELIVERYAND SHIPPING

All Artsign.biz/Randall Street customers agree not to hold Artsign.biz/Randall Street liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Artsign.biz/Randall Street's direct control. Artsign.biz/Randall Street shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

Artsign.biz/Randall Street will always endeavor to meet production schedules. However, unexpected equipment or technical problems may delay the order process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees may be refunded or waived if applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. Additional charges may apply to shipping rates on high quantities of products and may require the customers to have access to a shipping dock/ forklift.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not responsible for Lost or damaged shipments of any shipping service. Artsign.biz/Randall Street is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

CHECK PAYMENT
We prefer payment through Visa/MC (We use Paypal) but if an arrangement to pay by check is accepted it must be drawn on a bank within the United States of America and it must clear completely before any work begins. We reserve the right to refuse payment by check if we so deem.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Our primary credit card service is Paypal. Paypal holds the record at the time of this writing for having the least problems of all when it comes to doing Internet money transaction.
